Snack of The Week

This might just be the best thing since sliced bread.

Okay, maybe it’s not THAT great but we sure do love it. Our newest obsession is a smashed avocado toast. Weird, we know. But don’t click away just yet!

This odd-sounding snack is actually the perfect healthy breakfast or mid-day pick-me-up to get you through a long day out and about.

Avocado provides healthy proteins + non-saturated fats + plenty of fiber. When combined with whole grain toast, ezekiel bread, or a gluten-free bread it should keep you full for 3-4 hours!

Give it try this week! If you are feeling spicy squeeze some lemon on top and dash a few red peppers on there. Let us know what you think!
